Artjunkie Wins Copyright Case over their Kansas Skull design against Ebay Seller

Artjunkie has successfully stopped a eBay Seller based in the UK from selling clothing that infringe the rights of Artjunkie Kansas Skull.

EBay Seller Mike Love was found to have sold over 300 counterfeit threw the online auction site. Artjunkie was notified of the seller threw several emails from concerned customers, Artjunkie then contacted eBay and reported the item to have it removed.

Mike love then was served with court papers but 7 days before the court hearing Mike love admitted counterfeiting and paid a financial settlement out of court.

Artjunkie Spokesman said we take counterfeiting of our designs very seriously and we take all steps to stop this kind behaviour.
