Artjunkie Stops Peacocks from selling copies of there iconic Crown / Bee design on T shirt Caps

Artjunkie has stop Peacocks Retail from selling replica tops and caps which show case one of their Iconic design.

Peacocks UK was served with court papers (N1 claim form) after Tony Knight spotted their creation in one of Peacocks stores.

How ever Peacocks was very quick to point out that they had not created the design themselves but.purchased the design from their overseas suppliers over in china but admitted they did not do enough checks with their suppliers to see if the design was trademarked or copyrighted.

Since being served with court papers Peacocks have agreed to destroy the remaining stock and have apologized to Artjunkie.

Artjunkie thanked Peacocks Retail UK for removing the stock and came to a Settlement in regards to compensation.
