Luxury Men's Fashion Brand Artjunkie has taken a significant step in protecting its intellectual property rights by successfully removing counterfeit versions of the iconic Harness Shirt design from High Street store H&M

This particular design, known for its unique harness design and trademarked features—such as the striking Should strap harness has been the subject of concern due to unauthorized reproductions of this design being sold through H&M stores but abut also acts like this also threaten the brand’s identity.
The swift action came after Artjunkie issued a cease and desist letter, compelling the removal of these infringing listings. In a commendable show of responsibility, H&M responded promptly to the legal notice, ensuring a seamless removal process that ultimately minimized any negative impact on the brand's reputation.
H&M stated this was wholesale error but identified the issue were affiliated with their overseas supplies,
