Artjunkie win copyright infringement over Love design.

Artjunkie have won another copyright infringement case this time against UK retailer Topman. Artjunkie issued court papers against Topman after customer of Artjunkie reported Topman after seeing the Artjunkie design being sold in Topman shops. Topman after receiving the courts papers acted swiftly and removed the infringing designs from their stores and apologised issuing statement to Artjunkie.

Artjunkie took no further action against the retailer.
