Copies of Artjunkie Flower Heart Skull removed from online Market place eBay as Artjunkie take legal action against Trader for Copyright Infringement.

Artjunkie clothing has successful removed listing from online market site eBay. Artjunkie was notified that fake copies of their Flower Heart Skull design were being sold on the online platform.

The Online Market place was served with legal court documents after they ignored several take down request.

• The Sellers who was named Chris Chan was reported to eBay and was found to be selling

  large quantities of counterfeit merchandise from

  other well known brands including Versace,

  Armani, Jean Paul Gautier and many more.

  
  

• eBay did remove all listing and suspended the

  seller account and apologized for failing to act

  much quicker.

  
  

  Artjunkie take counterfeiting very seriously and

  informs customers to check the where the product; comes from, check all labels have sewn in woven labels.

• Check to see if there is hologram on wash label with a unique serial number Check how the product is advertised but to ensure they only buy direct from the company.
